DESCRIPTION:Je vous propose\, si le temps le permet\, un rendez-vous devant le poste de secours du lac de Passy à 11h précises; (2ème parking \, au bout de la route)) \nBain dans l’eau froide pour les amateurs\, prévoir boisson chaude et petite barre de céréales à la sortie de l’eau\, puis boucle dans la plaine ( environ 6 km) et retour au lac pour pique niquer ensemble… \nLa température de l’eau devrait avoisiner les 10 – 12  degrés\, si vous avez des chaussons ou petites chaussures de mer\, c’est bien.. \nLes non baigneurs sont aussi les bienvenus pour la marche\, les photos et le pique nique !
